Has anyone found what tamariz book its from I can't find it in Mnemonica unless I am going blind. It was so clean and direct

Dani has now released this trick via Penguin as an instant download. It is called "Or Not".

Dani is very influenced by Juan Tamariz who fortunately and unfortunately has hundreds of published effects in various places. I haven't seen this trick myself in print before Dani's version
