Trick

I have a trick that I would like to publish, but one of them has the same effect as Calen Morrelli's Transit. All I was wondering is that, is it okay to have a trick with the same effect as another and would Calen Morelli mind if I do publish it?

That's a great question! If you ever have to question it, it's ALWAYS a good idea to get permission from the creator (in this case, Calen Morelli) before releasing anything similar (no matter how different your method may be). I'd try contacting him and seeing what he says.
