Vanishing Pen by SansMinds

When I received the gimmick, I noticed that it had come with a crack in it. Is there any way I can get sent a new one?

if you look on the bottom of the page, you can see a link that says "our return policy". You click on it then print out the form, then write it all out and send it along with your product to penguin magic then you can get a replacement of a refund. Penguin has the best customer service I know.
