Volunteer swindle

After giving the "two fives" a shake, the "ten" goes onto the table and the handler hands out the "five" in the wallet. I presume the ten on the table is not examinable, but when shown in the demo it is well within hand's reach of the spectator and the gut response after the ten goes onto the table would be for the spectator to grab it to examine it as that is where all the heat is … so, the question .. is the "ten" examinable?

It's not immediately examinable, but with some creativity and a few simple moves, you could alter it to make it end clean.

So far, after showing the lack of hole in the $10, I find a lot of people dart over to the other bill, thinking that's how it must have happened.
