What information can I reveal?

With Elsdon's Fooling With Freud book, what information can I actually reveal? For example, is it really anything the spectator things of (a name, date, item in their pocket etc.)? Also, is there a solid method for revealing the method?

For those interested, I went ahead and purchased it eventually. Very satisfied with this book! I'll be posting a full review soon (or its already available). The vague description is actually pretty spot on.

The entire routine is a five phased mindreading display. The presentation follows Freud's free association theory in allowing the spectators to think of random words they can think of and selecting them mentally from freely thought of lists you can make for them. No math, nothing written down by the spectators, no mental yarn. Its definitely a practical piece.
