I purchased this download, and I'm very disappointed. I do think the trick/technique is useful, and it is well taught. However, this is overpriced compared to other more useable tricks. For Example John Carey's "Slow Motion Oil & Water" is less than half the cost, and is more useable than this effect.

A card is selected by a spectator (free choice), and is returned to the pack. You control the card to a particular location, then wrap the rubber band around the pack.The selected card is now revealed in one of three (3) ways:
1. It slowly eases out of the pack - Haunted Desk style.
2. It quickly spins 90 degrees but part of the card is retained in the pack.
3. It leaps out the pack, and you catch it.

The teaching ONLY shows the technique for each reveal. There is no demo of the actually trick - instead, you need to re-watch the trailer - which is not included in the download.

I plan to use the trick, so I gave it two stars, but it is over priced, and the download is disappointing.

First of all I apologize for the late response and at the same time I want to thank you for your review even though is with only 2 stars(at least you gave some stars haha).
I am sorry to hear that you did not liked the download video.
I am a person that avoids fancy videos and recording the "real situations" because as you know every time when you record and the audience knows about the camera they never react the same as when they are not recorded.
So that is the reason of not putting the real situations.
About the tutorial...I wanted to show only the sleights so no one is too long in front of the computer.
About the price...if you check all of my effects they are around or under 10$ but this is my favorite effect and I spent so much time in finding the right positions for the rubber bands so that is the reason for a little bit higher price.
Anyways thank you again because you said that you will use it and I know you will get great reactions from your audience.
