A Below Average Trick Produces Weak Effects Report this review

First of all, the method here is devious, and pretty undetectable. But, magic is all about the impact in the audiences mind, and leading them down the so called "magic way." The effects produced by this method are weak, explainable effects that have little to no impact on an audience. These include a Russian roulette with two options, how "amazing." The only surprising effect (the word prediction) is very detectable and is far better as a divination. All in all, not recommended.

If the method is devious and undetectable, seems like a solid purchase? 50/50 roulette can be very amazing, perhaps something got lost in translation.

Why is billydee trying to defend a trick for no reason? Think about it :)

Because I consider magic an art, my passion, and my proffesion and when I read silly (imo) reviews it is apparent to me that the later reviwer shares none of my concerns about growing the art.

But technically it is their opinion. The review option itself is based on opinions. And I’m comfortable with negative reviews as I am comfortable with positive ones. If the effect is purchased and reviewed as a negative one. It’s perfectly fine. I’m fact it’s encoraged. Because not everyone will see the effect the same way. Here’s a better question. If the review was positive, would you have jumped in the conversation to say how great it is? Probably not. Because it’s the same views as you see them. So why can’t others have their own opinions if you can? A negative review will in no way turn me away from an effect that I personally have a liking for.

If a review is negative or positive, it will always have an impact on you, regarding of what you believe.
And if a review is negative, than you should at least have a good reason for leaving just one star and therefore destroy the rating of the whole effect itself and holding people away from even looking the trailer of the effect.
If a effect is nice and you want to leave a 5 star rev, than go ahead and everyone will be ok with you even not letting there one single word of the effect, cause there is nothing to fear about a 5 star rating.
So yes, everyone should have an opinion. But if you have a bad one about someone else, than please back it up with reasonable sense, especially in a review section of a seller.
If the effect is devious and undetectable, why just one star? That alone should be 3 stars in my opinion without any discussion on the rest of the effect.
Because wether you like the tricks explained in the purchase or like it not should be a personal statement and should not affect the end review of the whole effect. especially if the tricks you think are weak, where displayed in the trailer. So why buying in the first place?
