Just received mine the other day and I've spent quite a bit of time trying to make it operate smoothly. So far, despite the effort, I'm not seeing this as a viable tool under actual performance conditions. The specific are too difficult to explain without tipping the method, which may already be obvious in the demo, but this one is going into the junk magic drawer. Sorry, wish I had a better review as I really wanted to like this item.

In the bonus download they mention some tips which sound like they'd solve the issues you're having with it.
