It's great for stage performances big black letter or numbers, the audience just believes you just wrote it before anything happened. I pretend to write three or four numbers, then give the real grease pencil to a spectator with an identical white cardboard so that person keeps tract of the numbers each person calls out. it's perfect misdirection to tell spectator please write that number down. while all eyes are on the spectator it only takes a second to write it down with your thumb tip.

I was wondering, what type of marker does the marker tip write like? Because what If I only have a sharpie and the thumb tip doesn't write like a sharpie, someone might say this isn't a sharpie handwriting?
