Honestly, I purchased this trick and have watched the video 10+ times, the tricks are AWESOME, but it has frozen every single time.

Please request a new link. I am very frustrated.
Is there another rope trick video?

I would like my money back & exchange
This does me no good if I can't learn the tricks.

Customer service told me that DRM protected videos don't run well on phones or iPads and that I should try the one I bought on a PC. Problem solved itself when I followed that direction. Hope this helps. Happy Holidays. Please write a helpful review now that you can watch it. I want to know how this set is. :)

When I have that issue with streaming the videos, I just download them to my phone and watch them. Then I don’t have the lock up issue. There’s another option for you.
