After several months of trying to contact this company, by telephone and E-mail, I haven't gotten any response. Too bad their product line is impressive, but their follow up sucks.

The best way to contact me is by Email ( roykueppers@rocketmail.com ). You may also call me ( 519-421-7286 ). I don't always hear the phone ring because of the machines running in the background so Please leave a message or Send an email. If I do not Respond to an email within 24 hours ( Usually much less ) then perhaps your email has gone to my spam folder in which you should follow up with another email or phone me. I do my best to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible.
