Plain and simple. His teaching skills are not very good in this DVD. Not to say you can't learn anything from it. Just not great. Plus my sponge balls came so flat and NON sponge like, I have to assume the DVD box sat there forever before being sold.

If you get the balls wet they should come back into shape and be okay.
