(This review is for Encyclopedia Pickpocketing- #3, DVD)

Ok, the DVD came in on time, but the DVD was scratched, I didn't get to learn the tie steal, which by the way is only for a hook tie, not a real one. (which was the part of the DVD I was looking forward to) The part about the glasses steal was also scratched. I would say Okay material, but I was upset that more than 1/4 of the DVD was scratched.
