Q: What are DVD Downloads?A: DVD Downloads let you enjoy a magic DVD much faster than if you had to wait for it to arrive by mail. They are extremely high quality downloads that contain the FULL CONTENT of an entire DVD. Q: What if it doesn't play? A: Make sure you can play our test movie, available here. This may require that you click on the link to update your player which is at the bottom of the test movie page. Q: What happens when I purchase a "DVD Download"? A: When you purchase an DVD Download you'll be given immediate access to the MyPenguinMagic section of the site. Here you'll find a link to My DVD downloads. After you download the file and save it to your hard drive, a small window will pop up to let you type in your Penguin username/email and password. This will activate the file on your computer. The purchase of each DVD Download entitles you to three licenses for that product. That means you'll be able to play the file on up to 3 computers. Q: How can I access the DVD Download for my new trick? A: This is the simple part. Just click the large green "MyPenguinMagic" button at the top of the site. You'll be asked to log-in with your Penguin Magic username and password (If you don't already have a username, you'll choose a username and password when you place your first order). In order to watch DVD Downloads on PenguinMagic.com you'll need Windows Media Player and Microsoft Windows. There is a version of Windows Media player on Mac that is supposed to work, but none of the macs we've tried it on work. If you happen to have gotten it to work on a Mac, please let us know! The first time you play a Penguin DVD Download, Windows Media Player may inform you that a software update is required to play this video. This only takes a few minutes and it's necessary because Penguin is using the latest in high quality video formats. "Windows Media player" software is often already installed on your computer when you buy it. Computers that run Microsoft's Windows operating system usually have Windows Media Player, and Apple computers that have Microsoft Office usually have Windows Media Player installed already as well.
