The performer places his business card wallet on the table, explaining that inside is a single business card containing a prediction. He then proceeds to take his deck of cards and deals a card face up onto the table one at a time. He explains that the spectator may call out the word "stop" at any time.

The spectator can see that all the cards are indeed different as they are all being dealt face up. Suddenly, the spectator calls out "Stop!" Let us suppose that the card stopped at was the 8 of Clubs. The performer slowly opens the wallet with the prediction inside. A business card will now be seen inside. Partially removing it, the performer asks the spectator to take it and confirm that it matches the card they stopped at. INDEED IT IS!

Not only will you find out just what the an acronym "S.N.A.K.E.S." stands for, you'll also receive one of the most deceptive business card wallets in the world and Wayne's well thought-out routine for this mind miracle!

The method here is all right. You can indeed repeat this trick in the same party and not have the same outcome (though you can't do it for the same person). You can even let them examine the deck afterward, since it's not gimmicked in any way. The "wallet", however, lacks a lot.

First of all, it doesn't look like any wallet you've ever seen or used. The wallet has been designed in order to correctly predict one of many possible outcomes, making each seem like it was the only prediction. That means you have to remember where each correct prediction is in the leather thing, and then have your spectator pull it out that way.

The idea has promise. It has the potential (with work) to be better than a Z fold wallet, but it needed to spend more time on the design table before being released like that. Instead, you are looking at a confusing looking leather thing that you have to tell the spectator is a wallet. Yes, you can get your business card in their hand this way so I guess it's good for that, but I think you'd do just as well using a Mirage Deck and regular business card wallet. You couldn't repeat the effect and the deck couldn't be examined, but it would still be impressive.

The trick is OK, but the supplied wallet is a terrific utility gimmick Report this review

I didn't think that the trick would be tremendous--and truth be told it wasn't--but I wanted the wallet. It's the old WoWallet re-purposed, and you can use it for many different effects. Like Ken Dyne, I use it for my version of Bob Cassidy's Chronologue. It's a unique little wallet and works beautifully. It makes an already great effect even better.
