I'm very lucky because, just like a lot of you out in magic land, I come across David Roth references all the time in books, DVDs and all sort of magic literature. In my case, however I get to go hang out with him in Manhattan every Sunday and Monday when he's working at Fantasma. I was thrilled to take the seminar live online. David is a true grandmaster of coin magic (and a very humble one at that) and I love to hang out with him and absorb his conjuring ways. David has been stearing me in the right direction since I met him. In this lecture he's teaching the very stuff he took on Letterman. Strong magic and beautiful routines at that. Coins across a la Roth is going straight into my own routine. (after I ask David a slew of questions when I see him.) Thanks David and Penguin! Well worth the mere $20 you charged. Have him on again soon!

If you like coins You will like Roth , coins across in many ways the best lecture i got from him no excuse not to do it..and also his boxes, glad got his boxes in his lectures before, they don't make them anymore .. you will not be disappointed, i recommended i will pay 50 bucks for this.his tips and advice are priceless,Thank you very much Eric (penguin) you made my day great...

If you love coin magic some of the tricks will definitely go to your repertoire.Surely it was a lecture much more worth than the meager amount Penguin Magic is charging for.
If you love coin magic and would like to learn some really cool practical things go for it.
He even goes over subtleties over palming and retention of vision vanish.

I downloaded and have just fininished watching all 2 plus hours of what I consider to be some of the finest teaching and performances of doable coin magic.This is not knuckle busting stuff and Mr Roth shows us his classic signature routines in a relaxed expert manner.Yes like all good magic practice will be required to get the routines upto scratch , this is not self working gear.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced performer this is superb value in this day of the $30 one trick DVD.Enjoy.

Excellent Lecture...I like his approach to magic, and his attention to the smaller details. The hardest part about magic sometimes is knowing that what you are doing is actually convincing. He gives tips, and does his best to alleviate mistakes and tells when performing the various slights that he teaches. Easily worth the money!!

Clearly one of my best coin purchases. A true work of art.

This has to be simply the best coin magic video I've had the pleasure of watching, without losing interest or finding it close to impossible to perform. I especially liked the edge grip technique of vanishing 3 or four coins. Also Mr. Roth saved the best for last with a great performance using the examinable okito coin box! Also he went over the best way of retention vanishes, which I liked. If your beginner to intermediate & even pro, I really would recommend this download.

David Roth is a master in specifics needed to make magic work. Even if you don’t do his routines, you will improve your magic by learning all the details of one of his routines here,

I bought this for the coin box work, but everything is top notch. There are several items I had not seen published before as well as some of the classic work. I don't have any of the Roth DVDs so can't comment on any over lap of material, but the coin box work alone was well worth the price.
