What on earth is this instructional video supposed to be teaching. I have watched it 3 times and all I can see is some so called washing his hands, tapping the cards and generally showing off his sleight of hand.

There is no verbal communication whatsoever and the background music and whistling is most irritating. IN short, I still have no idea how the trick is done. Could someone please enlighten me. Better still could I have my money back?
