While the effects in here are incredible, I especially liked the extensive history of bizarre and storytelling magic that Minch put together. Any bizarrist should have this in their library.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. While it's a collection of "possibilities" it doesn't go down in to the exact details of how to make each trick work. It does, however, give the best overview of how to use story and characters / lore in magic presentations by sample story/act telling that I have seen. I wasn't personally familiar with the lore and characters mentioned but still very much enjoyed the book. If you are a character-based magician who needs inspiration on how to tie things together or get an idea of how to make a script flow reading this book will likely help you.
