I have used a Mullica Wallet for years (mine is worn out) and I hated buying one from someone when I wasn't sure Mullica was getting anything from it. This is a very nicely made wallet and should last me for another 20 years. I recommend it very highly.

I have been using my Mullica wallet for 25 years and bought many other wallets. Some have been good, some have been poor, but none have been the Mullica. I think it is about time that Mullica is getting a piece of the price of his invention.
Simply put I don't know of a better card to wallet that this one. The craftsmanship is great, the work is the best, and it is a no reset, no palm card to wallet.

Best Mullica on the market. The material is excellent and has no residual smell. Others I have seen are too large and have problems of tipping the card. Only very slight drawback is that the inner pocket holds the inner wallet a little too tight. However, that can be corrected by using something to stretch it out a little such as a cellphone or even by putting the whole inner wallet inside the inner pocket. I have personally performed with this wallet and have had no problems getting a favorable audience reaction.

This wallet is attractive and well built; however, mine arrived with a very tight pocket for the inner wallet. So much so that the inner wallet had a very hard time being pulled out of the pocket. I wish the pocket were built a little bigger to allow the inner wallet to slide out easily. Lining the wallet with silk and constructing the wallet from a more supple leather would also have helped. This becomes even more of an issue if you like to insert both sides of the inner wallet into the pocket (as many do).

As it stands, I had condition the leather and to stretch out the pocket with a couple of decks of cards to make it usable. The wallet does do it's job, but be prepared to break it in if yours arrives as tight as mine.

I’ve been using the Mullica Wallet since the early 1980s, not too long after it was first released. This new wallet is just as good as the original wallet, and the price is right. Over 35 years ago, I paid about $60 - $70 for the wallet. It’s great that the price is close to where it was back then, considering they’re making this wallet from the ground up. It could easily be $150.

The original Mullica Wallet was an existing, real-world wallet manufactured by the wallet maker Rolf’s. You could find these wallets in the store for about $35.00, and then make the modification yourself for a back-up wallet.

At some point, Rolf’s changed the design of the leather flap inside the first wallet that holds the first card they see. There was no longer a flap but changed now a pocket. That made it more difficult to slide the card up with your left thumb to show before you took out the second wallet. Later versions of the Mullica Wallet were sold like this and were frustrating to use.

Fortunately, Heinz Minten stuck to the original design with this new wallet. It’s identical to the original. As others have mentioned, the leather is a little stiff, and taking the second wallet isn’t as easy as it could be. Over time, through use, this will loosen up. An alternative is to set the inner wallet differently, and this is something Eugene Burger would do. Instead of sliding half of the inner wallet into the pocket, slide the whole wallet into the pocket. The spine of the inner wallet will be easily accessible. Even though the whole wallet is in the pocket, it’s easier to take out, even with the pocket being tight.

I debated about getting this for a long time. I’m glad I finally got one. Great quality and an easy method. It will take practice but you can concentrate on your presentation. This one can fry their minds. Don’t wait like I did.

The quality of the wallet is excellent. The tutorial video is also excellent. I used to do the trick with two methods / 1-draw a card from the top of the deck. 2-draw a card from the bottom of the deck. I think the card from the bottom is a cleaner version. But that's my opinion. Now When I have a new wallet, a new idea dawned on me. The idea is that the cards do not need to be held in my hand / they remain on the table, and I only have a wallet in my hands. I highly recommend this wallet!

Cool concept that is easy to use and doubles as my every day wallet.
