Hi Josh,
I believe you answered five questions (so far) about this effect and I just wanted to say that I really appreciate it. Thank you sir!

I also wanted to leave a note for Penguin Magic if they see this: Based on answers to questions here it appears to me that there is a significant amount of arts and crafts involved to prepare this effect. With respect, in my opinion that should be noted in the "ad copy".
