Yep, those red letters on the product page that say "Out of Stock" are kind of a giveaway that this is not available.
Plus, when the "Add to Cart" button is bright red, the product isn't available and PM won't let you...add it to your cart ;-)
Since it's not available, your second question becomes moot.
If you are eager to get this, contact PM customer service directly and, hopefully, they can give you a time when this trick is re stocked.
