You can do this restoration in virtually any venue.
If you want to end with a final production or transformation you will need to hide the load in some way. For the street you might prefer to use a load that expands. Something like an appearing card castle would possibly work in a street situation.
On stage, if you want to produce a human or transform from one performer to another, you will need some proximity to a trapdoor, a curtain, doorway, or another hiding place.
