confetti wand

what is the best way to insert confetti in the wand straight or folded
how much i can put and also the motion of the wand
horizontal to vertical 90 degree or vertical to vertical by 180 degree

Just follow the instructions on loading the wand.
Sling that puppy in any direction desired - horizontal to vertical, vertical to vertical, diagonal 180, behind your back etc.
Go wild - it's a wand.
