Electric Touch + ground

Can I use Electric Touch + on sand?. going to show outside without any floor

This answer is not useful
It gets really sensative depending on the floor you are standing on. You need to be on a solid floor, even carpet or rubber flooring will give you issues. Sand wont work but concrete works most of the time.
