Is it hard to reload when out of thread and how hard is the disconnect process after levitation?

Last Tarantula was very hard to load... is it easy to find for new connection after trick?

Just found out from customer service that, although the 'electronics' have changed for better usage, the mechanics to reload are very similar to the original Tarantula (the Spider pen too since they all use the same 'guts'.
Disclaimer: They, PM, haven't actually seen the units just yet.
