O.K....here goes!
Generally, as rubber bands go, a #19 measures 3.5inches long with a width of 1/16". Using a "sterling" band (yes, it's trademarked)which is a great "mid range" band (high rubber content good for fast application and repeated uses), you'll get approx. 1700 bands per pound.
Using these numbers as the standard, for your 1/4lb pack...you should get approximately 425 bands.
Upon receipt, measure them and count them. Let us know.
