Name of an Illusion

I've seen a particular stage illusion performed by many people (e.g. Carisa Hendrix) and now I want to build it, but unfortunately I can't find any references to it. It goes like this: Assistant is put in a box and two tubes are pushed through the bottom and the top part. As a climax, the bottom is pushed over to the side. When everything is removed, the assistant comes back out of the box. Does anyone know a name or, even better, a place where I can learn this illusion?
