Nirvana

Nirvana...Can you have a spectator pick a card put it in the deck then it seal and open it up and reveal their card?

This isn't really taught. So no. You probably want to check out Shawn Farquhar LIVE https://www.penguinmagic.com/p/2677

He teaches you how to seal a deck as part of a larger routine. he calls it RSVP.

You could add this effect to RSVP to make the sealing moment a little more visual.
