Both are excellent effects! Neither is "original" in that the kind of gimmick has been around for a long time. Each offer two pens and really the only big difference are the cards forced. Remarkable reveals the Six of Clubs and the Ace of Hearts.Permanent Prediction will reveal a Seven of Spades and Eight of Hearts. Other than those key points there are just minor differences in the teaching styles and specific routines taught.
