Hi Penguin!

After cutting my teeth on an inexpensive aluminum C & B set purchased from Penguin a few years ago I am thinking about upgrading to a heavier copper set of the Paul Fox style. I have seen this set (presumably from Chinese manufacturer Shenzhen Jieli) at various on line retailers. You are reliable and competitively priced so if I go this route I will be buying from Penguin! However, there are several things I would like to know before purchasing...

1. What is the height of a 3 cup stack?

2. What is the diameter of the saddle and will it "readily" hold a 3 ball nest (1" balls)? By "readily" I mean from a loading move and not from "precise" ball placement.

3. Does the cup have 2 shoulders? (Hard to tell from pictures)

This set has generally received very good customer reviews but there seems to be 2 "problem areas". First there have been some reports of "bad fits" of the cups when stacked (i.e., too tight or too loose). Secondly there have been some complaints of shipping wrappers sticking to the cups and marring the finish on their removal.

If I order this set could I count on Penguin to first unbox and unwrap the set and check for proper fits and finish?
