Does this table come with the flange that's needed to attach the base to a table top (table top not included)? What is total weight of base, including everything except for table top--is it 2 pounds? I note that the legs and other parts screw together. How tight do the parts screw together or in other words, is the base, when assembled, totally stable and solid, or are any of the connected parts wobbly?
