Should penguin set up a system where people can partner up to share ideas and create their own gimmicks/tricks?

There are many people with good ideas but don't know the ropes well enough to develop their ideas. So why not pair them with someone who does!

That is what a forum is for.
A retailer like penguin magic is for selling (Completed) products. You'll need to do your R&D somewhere else (FOrums/Skype etc.)
