It doesn't come off as a puzzle. I've performed it for three years, to spectators from age 8 to 70s. In your head, it will be very procedural. In your spectator's head, it will be mindreading. I carry it in my wallet and absolutely love it. If you purchase from Penguin, you'll get access to the private forum where I and others have added many tips and nuances that will help even more.
The trailer and tutorial use a three-phase routine: 1) reveal with the cards face up, 2) faster reveal with the cards face up, 3) reveal with the cards face down. I like to do the first reveal and say "Maybe I'm just a really fast speller." Then I skip the middle reveal and go for the face-down kicker. With no letters in play, the spectator can't think it's a puzzle. It's really beautiful.
