We know that the video quality is very good because this is Sandsmind. How ever we used to wonder how much DIY will I have to do...NONE and a big thank you to SM because lately they have taken out the DIY and have been producing ready to go out the box products. Mine is so well made I can't wait to do a complete gum color change. If you take care of it you won't need another. If you have trouble making the Chang happen...i find it works really easy if you just shake it to the left a bit. I'm happy with my purchase...no more DIY woohoo!
