I watched the video and thought wow how could this possibly be done with so few moves. I bought the
product and what do you know, there are a lot more steps than shown in the presentation which turns
a "wow" into a "no big deal not worth the $10 I spent on it".
Obviously, someone is wanting an effect that depends upon actual mind reading and for a price of less than $10. Hate to burst your bubble, but such an effect does not exist. This one, however, comes close.
You have a completely valid point. I worked in a magic shop. If I did a demo on something I made look easy but was hard, I told the buyer up front it's not just a one step two step thing. Editing a video is fine if you are front about it. Just say the video has more steps but they are not shown to protect the content. Is that hard? No one thinks that you are going to get the most mind blowing effect for 9.95. But, it is not unreasonable to have the expectation that what you see is what you get.
Thanks, Steve - I'm glad someone mentioned this so it's a hard-pass for me. It has nothing to do with "expecting a miracle" as someone else tried to say, and everything to do with misleading and a depiction that does not equal reality
Folks, this one has a tiny bit of process but it's a killer imo. I expected to not like it tbh but i was bored and grabbed it. I'm still shocked at the reactions. I do understand the hesitancy, and why. All I'm suggesting is to give it a chance because I seriously doubt you'd regret it. And that bit of process wasn't a hard work around for me (also surprisingly. Anyway, just another opinion to help you all make an informed decision. GL
there 're différents possibilities to end this routine...some 're perfect to maximize the climax...some others needs a little more fishing !! in both case, you practice mentalism so you don't have to be perfect with a very good impact...i usually do "only one card" from larry Hass just after to change the method with a different approach but same result !! Have fun with it ...it's a little miracle with a borrowed shuffled deck !!regards.paco.
This review is absurd. Honestly, unless you're expecting to actually read the spectators mind, this is a perfect trick. You learn the secret to the trick and how to navigate all of the possible results. For $10, this is a go-to trick that you'll do over and over and get great reactions every time. On top of that, you can use any deck, any time, any where. Zero setup, zero gimmicks, limited fishing.
This is a great trick, easy to do. I am from Germany.
