Unfortunately, being made in wood like wooden nickels, there are many natural differences between the coins that a spectator can assume (wrongly) you use to determine which coin is which. It would be a fantastic set if it were made in black plastic chips with white printed designs.
The idea is very good and subtle.

While, yes, as other comments are prone to say we can doctor the props, I agree with this Review about the product as it arrives. It does have the appearance issue as reviewed here.
