I have not reviewed any of Penguin's tricks prior to downloading before, but I felt I should say
something about this particular trick.
First, the email mentions a "stainless steel die", a
"stainless steel box" and a "stainless steel lid" are used, and the title of the demonstration video
has Stainless Steel in it as well.
Then the entire video is shown with a "brass die", a "brass
container" and a "brass lid" (which the magician states several times).
Also, mentioning the
"$1,600 trick" you have in the next room? Is this to justify the higher price than normally seen on
the Penguin site?
I feel that if you just perform the tricks as they are intended, update all of
your material so everything matches between email announcements, the videos and the demonstrations,
your customers can decide if it is worth buying.
I'm confused about what you're complaining and giving a low score to? Apparently you didn't notice that you can choose between the brass or stainless steel options. Looks like they are out of the Brass option at the moment so it defaults to the stainless steel....but...with what is called "effort" you can switch it to brass with one click and it shows why it's only stainless steel at the moment...it's out of stock. Who cares what he said about the other trick, it's called "marketing" which they seem to do well. Do you even have the trick? If not, how the heck can you review it. I don't see anything about the trick in your review? Some people just like to complain about anything. You could give some people one million dollars and they'd complain that it wasn't all in $20 dollar bills.
