I owned an original Don Allen Invisible Deck in 1975 (as I recall...). It was smooth as butter.

As other reviewers have noted, the cards in my Invisible Deck Bicycle Mandolin are quite tacky. I'm going to have to work with them a bit, and I have ordered some Chamberlain's Golden Touch lotion to add tackiness to my fingers.

About half the cards in my pack were flipped incorrectly when I opened the deck, so I had to go through it and reverse quite a few.

3 stars because of the reversed cards, and the need to work them in a little before using them in performance..
