I’ve always had problems with the splitting of Invisible Decks. Either they split too easily or they
don’t split at all. In the case of Sure Split, it splits way too easily. If you’ve had a
difficulties using IDs like me, this does not seem to be the solution.
I agree with your comment. Have you tried Stevens Magic Pro Invisible Deck? That is the best you can buy. Another I highly recommend is the No Fumble Invisible Deck, which Peter Monticup sells.

You can easily put together your own deck. With a roughing stick, you can treat half of a playing card. This way it becomes very easy to fan the cards. A roughing stick is enough for 100 of decks.
I originally thought that they split too easily also, but after watching the video I realized I had the orientation wrong . Once I had the cards with the rough and smooth on the bottom it actually worked very well.
I very carefully checked each pair for correct orientation. The deck still split at several wrong places. I’m going to try and re-rough the problem cards and try again.
