As a magic effect this trick fails because the method is obvious to anyone who sees it. So it becomes a contest instead as to how long it can be maintained instead.

He did not know the method when he bought it but when he learned it, it ended up to be too obvious.

We bought it thinking there would be a unique solution to accomplish the effect. Unfortunately there is nothing going on at all, and it's completely impractical even though it's 100% impromptu.

The reason we bought it is because the video was shot over the shoulder. The trick is only obvious to people in front or at your sides.
