I purchased this effect, based on the promo video. It seemed as though the method of the effect was
easily possible with a piece o technology that we all carry around with us. I was mistaken! The
method of this effect cannot be accomplished on my device. I cannot even attempt to use it and have
heard nothing from Penguin, after leaving voicemail about my non-experience.
Buyer beware!

It not working on your end has to be the result of user error, and so let me walk you through this.
