This is quite ingenious. All you need is card stock, a lighter, and a secret ingredient that's easy to obtain. That's it. I was doing it perfectly right after watching the video. And by the way, Alexander Marsh is an excellent teacher, one of the best. He's well spoken, charming, and prepared. He gives you some excellent ways to use this method. I can even think of a few more because the possibilities are endless. At $10 or so, this is a steal.
