This is a great Starter kit, Fact is, you're getting your moneys worth if you go check out the price if you ordered by its self, so much I got a 2nd one when it arrived. I give it 5 stars accross the board. Id like to know when the contents change so i can order it again and be suprised.

The package came and I was readily expecting one of the effects, as another reviewer mentioned it. The other effect was a pleasant surprise, but I have yet been able to perform with it because the non-gimmick counterparts cannot be found except online, and in large quantities (though I would only need to spend about $12-18 to have a year's supply - think fresh breath).

I also received downloads in MyPenguinMagic to learn a few other effects. I wasn't sure if this was supposed to happen. Also, because another reviewer mentioned receiving one of the effects in his box (I did not receive that one in the box), but I did receive the download for it, I wondered if I was not given an item, but remain unsure.

Either way, this was a great price for the effects I received, even if I never use them (I probably won't use the Dom effect, but I may change my mind in time).

I purchased this... number one, because of the reviews. Secondly, because I was getting this for a kid in the family who is very interested in magic. WOW... do you ever get the goods in this... I now wish I would have purchased this for myself. I mean, in the package I got it was about 30.00 bux worth of GREAT magic. Minus the 5.00 and your ahead by like 25.00 bux. For an experienced pro... of which i'm not but if I were, I'd say at least one of them was a worker. It had a value of around 17.50. so, lets get down to the maths here... 12.50 ahead... and this is for a WORKER. Too bad i didn't purchase this for myself... Cuz, I want the WORKER. LoL... now, that's a lot to say for a non-pro.

I got two great effects with this. (Top Secret) I can see myself definitely using them a lot. They're just my style. It also came with instructional video downloads. How great is that? You might as well order this because you'd spend more at McDonald's.

For Beginner, you will definitely love this!
For Amateur/Pro, you will sure love to use this!

Not sure where all the raves are coming from. Disappointing, IMO. But I will say it IS called the Starter kit, and the items are definitely in the beginner category. So I can't complain, I guess. But I was underwhelmed. Sorry.

oh my god i am so going to order this it sounds like anything they put in there randomly is like 40 bucks for the price but the price for getting over high price not so good but for 5 dollars OH YEAH!!!!

i just bought this prouduct and i don't know if it was a screw up or not but I got three tricks instead of two. it was all worth more than the price of the kit. best purchase ever.
