The Anaconda Rope is the thickest rope I have used. It is very appealing visually--bright white,
easily visible to audience, looks authentic. For my purposes, however, it is simply too thick. I do
a rope routine with a piece about 6 ft long. Part is a ring routine. The Anaconda is more difficult
to perform the thumb slight of dropping and picking up inside the ring. Overturning the girth knot
is a little more awkward than with the Empire rope (half the diameter). For Professor's Nightmare, I
cut this 6 ft piece into three "equal". The slight to get the short and long is difficult with
Anaconda. During the count, I found the slight more difficult (perhaps just my unusual way of
counting). Finally, the ends unravel faster than other ropes. So, for me, only 3 stars. I prefer
the Empire Rope.
