So this rope is pretty great. It's the right thickness, and texture and it handles pretty good after a couple of days of working it in. It did come smashed flat, but regained shape after a day or two. I am performing Professor's Nightmare, Cut & Restore Rope and few others with it and it is working well.

The included video is another basic routine for C&R and it doesn't have any talking or instruction... just a performance followed by a few repetitive move breakdowns. I don't personally prefer this type of instruction and I already have some rope experience so it wasn't a huge deal but just since it is mentioned as being included, now you know what you are getting!
