I am a four year veteran performer at the local Renaissance festival and I can tell you this fries people's brains. It is an oldy but a goody. People just can not figure it out and the display of the switched bill you are holding is clean enough to convince them you are not hiding anything.

I have a few gimmicks and tricks up my sleeve (sometimes literally), but I'm new to the magic community and am nervous to do anything for my friends and family even, let alone in public; but, because this trick is so easy and so powerful, I managed to gain the confidence to do this to some people for my first "performance" outside friends and family - it killed. They loved it, and I walked away feelin' like I can take on some heavier illusions. It's made me feel more comfortable as a "magician", and it's an amazing effect as well. Definitely worth it.

Jay does a great job teaching magic. This is a very nice effect to add to any street type performance. The prices little bit high as a standalone.

Alright, so, first off, I would like to go ahead and say that this is not Jay's effect. I have seen this in numerous places BEFORE Jay released this as an instant download. I have nothing against him releasing this as he does it well and this is a GREAT instant download, but I just find it a tad ridiculous how many ideas are being stolen nowadays.

Anyway, this is a powerful effect with a great method; you only need to carry around one thing with you to do this effect and receive some great reactions. This video teaches the effect well, and I recommend this trick if you don't already have it.

It only loses a star because of the lack of originality; still recommended.

It did not take me long to master this trick though I was a beginner when I purchased it. I saw some reviews that complained of its cost, but I do not understand why, To make the gimmick is cheap, and easy (took me about 3 minutes to make it the first time) The reactions at the conclusion of the trick are amazing. People don't know what to think!!!It is one of my tricks I always have on me, in case someone asks me to do a trick. Similar to the $2 Window in manipulation. It is worth every penny it cost me, even in making the gimmick.

If you want to add money magic to your repetoire, this should be the first trick you add. Not only is it visual, but the magic happens in your spectators hands. What better way to make a non-believer into a true believer. Keep up the great ideas Jay.

Just like Two Dollar Window in a slightly different context, this trick always boggles the minds of the audience. It ALWAYS gets me RAVE responses, and it's a must have! I never leave home without it! Frankly, for such a simple, compact, fun to perform trick, the price is more than right, and the responses it gets are worth more. Definitely a must-have!
