I have admired Black Roses playing cards decks from afar for a couple years now but this is my first
purchase of any to date. I do have several other decks designed by Daniel Schneider, however. Blue
is my favorite color and this shade of blue is absolutely stunning imo so I had to purchase these.
The back design is great and the gaff cards are just right (different from most). I love that the
face cards are slightly customized; standard enough to use for magic and just enough customization
to give it a fresh look. The cards handle superb right out of the box. These are printed on a
crushed stock so they are on the thinner side but they aren't super soft like some thinner decks can
be which is a good thing to me. They have just the right amount of springiness to handle well and
still last a good while. All in all I'm very glad I purchased these and am even gladder I've just
ordered several more decks. :-)

Not only is this pastel baby blue the prettiest shades of blue to ever exist, this is one of the few
minimalist style decks I actually respect.
The rose back design is simply elegant, and paired
with this shade of blue it makes it look absolutely timeless.
It feels amazing, too. Although,
some breaking in is necessary, it feels very unique to other USPCC decks. You will feel it most when
you do simple dribbles; you can feel a slight snappiness and slickness as it runs through your thumb
that other decks don't seem to have.
I would love to use this as a worker deck, but it being
roughly $10 (on sale), I'd rather keep this in a Carat case
