this trick is a nice opener but it requires a bit of setup and isnt as visual as i would like for an opener. I have used it a few times and havent gotten the reactions i really wanted to i use other openers.

If you're anything like me, you were probably blown away with the demo. I love it!

Pros:
1. Looks great alone or in a routine.
2. Quick set-up
3. Uses basic slights plus a new move added by Josh J

Cons:
1. Takes a lot of practice. I've put a few hours into it but still haven't mastered it yet. If you want it to look like the demo, put the time into it.

I truly enjoy practicing this effect and have combined parts into my routines. Since my time is very limited I haven't put the necessary time into mastering it. Thus, I still don't preform the whole routine. If you have the time and want to amaze people, get it and practice it. Then Do it!

You won't regret it!

i recently purchased this and i did expect a bit more for the price. it is too pricy and josh didnt teach you a whole lot. he showed how he did it but doesnt show you how to do the slights for example he did the clipshift but didnt say how and 3 other changes he didnt teach and pretty much says find them yourself. this is beginner magic also but i suppose you can customize the changes etc to your standard. i may use this trick but the suprise ending was really all that was fascinating.

this is a very nice trick it packs a real load but my routines have a lot of the effects that are in this trick to there own so after they see this it lessens the rest of them this is more of a middle trick than a starter but very well done the sleights are simple if u know what ur doin and the effects u get are great

Fun and easy to perform, and at the same time visual and high impact. You can ad lib the patter depending on what happens which is something I really like, and you can customize the routine by using different colour changes etc. You do need to know some basic sleights, if you're completely new to card magic pick up Born to Perform, you'll learn everything you need there. Joshua also shares some interesting 'magic theory' which you can apply in other tricks.
