Excellent stuff. Already knew about the pinky break, double undercut & overhand shuffle, but the
clarification of the 'milking action' with the three cards was a new addition. The Braue reversal &
pinky shot are new to me, and top-to-bottom double undercut was, as well. Eric's take kn the
fouble-lift is very clean. Then havng it all put together into a mini routine is the tasty icing on
this particular piece of (free!) cake!
Thanks for this freebie, Penguinos! I guess I'll
need to pick up a copy of that book...wait! What's that, right there on my bookshelf? (Sighs &
reaches for [as-yet-unperused] copy of Royal Road To Card Magic)
Time to study.
1 of 1 magicians found this helpful.
I'm a little past this stuff, but it's a nice video with a cool routine for the aspiring beginner
card technician.
Great for me as a non-card guy. Instructions are clear, the sleights are useful to me as a person
who has not done cards, he explains things well and the video shots are very helpful. I appreciate
the fact it was a free promo. Would have been worth paying a fee.
I didn't expect much with a free add-on but I was wrong. Granted the sleights are all well known to
anyone who has done cards for anytime at all, but the teaching is excellent and thank-you Penguin
for sharing this.
Definitely a good beginner digital download that give excellent instruction. The thing I like most
about it is that it not only teaches you the sleights, but gives you a reason for learning them (a
trick) - same format as Royal Road to Card magic. Excellent format. Highly recommended!
Erik Tait's "5 Best Card Sleights for Beginners" is an absolute gem for anyone looking to dive into
the world of card magic. As a beginner myself, I found these sleights to be essential building
blocks for my repertoire, and Erik's teaching style made learning them a breeze.

from multiple angles. Whether you're a visual learner or someone who thrives on clear verbal

What I appreciate most is the versatility of
the sleights taught in this tutorial. From basic controls to impressive flourishes, each sleight

this tutorial an invaluable resource for aspiring magicians. I highly recommend it to anyone looking
