This is not bad for some "add-on" moves to a stronger routine. I think it would make a good complement to some strong pen or ring effects. For example, Greg Wilson has a pen effect called "pointless" that comes with a very cool gimmick. This DVD gives you some good little moves to add to that more powerful routine. There are also some good ring DVDs where this DVD could add a few moves. Greg Wilson has another very good DVD called Ring Leader. I wouldn't recommend it alone, but in conjunction with some more powerful routine DVDs, it's not bad.
